The challenge is from January 4 – February 13 and YOU choose what you want to fast away from. Me, I am choosing whites in my diet. Bread and fried foods are my main food group weaknesses so I have decided to do without them for 40 days and 40 nights.
Fasting for 40 days is a biblical approach to our very own discipline. If we can do away with it for 40 days, it will teach us how to monitor bringing it back into our life after the 40 days. You might want to fast with something you don’t want to bring back into your life at all after the challenge, it’s totally up to you. Click the link above to join in the FUN!
